It pays to sign commercialization agreements!  Redhill BioPharma announces just today, one day after signing a commercialization agreement with IntelGenx, that it has raised $3.5 M ahead if its planned IPO.  Redhill also stated that it will raise an additional $2.0 Million in the coming weeks.
