Kelora Systems, LLC and Exclusively Home Enter Patent Licensing Agreement

Kelora Systems, LLC, and Exclusively Home announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted Exclusively Home a limited license to use the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 (“Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search”) on Exclusively Home’s websites through the end of September 2011.
