Lumenis signs license agreement with Alma Lasers

“Lumenis, Ltd. has signed an agreement with Alma Lasers, Ltd., under which Lumenis has granted Alma a license to its complete patent portfolio for use by Alma with respect to all of Alma’s products in the aesthetic field. Both the partners are based in Israel.”

“Lumenis is engaged in the development, manufacture, and sale of medical and aesthetic lasers and light-based technology, while Alma is a developer, manufacturer and provider of laser, light-based and radiofrequency devices for aesthetic and medical applications.”

“Under the agreement, Alma will pay Lumenis $6.5 million for the license.”
